Heimtextil – Trends 2019/2010
Heimtextil Trends 2019/2020 developed by members of the International Heimtextil Trend Council. Two of the trends I particularly like are "Seeking Sanctuary", for it's neutral and harmonious colour palette offering a calm, clean minimalist approach to design. And "Embrace Indulgence", for it's opulent palette evoking luxury.

Along with William Morris with whom he developed a love of medieval romance and architecture. And under the guidance of the artist-poet Dante Gabriel … Continue reading Edward Burne-Jones
Gingerbread City
Just before Xmas I went to see the Gingerbread City at The V&A Museum. Housed in a small, closed room just off the Glass display. The smell of ginger is in the air as you walk around. These playful sweet architectures are created by architects, designers and engineers.
